Senior PM. Delivery Lead. The kind of person who spent too long building the perfect retro board before deciding to build a better tool instead.
I'm a Senior Product Manager with a background in delivery leadership. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and the rituals that hold teams together between the big moments.
I've spent years working with cross-functional teams — mapping problems, defining critical paths, building in phases, and making sure the people doing the work actually understand why they're doing it.
The test I apply to everything: does it match or beat the time it replaces? If it doesn't, ship it differently or don't ship it.
"The difference between a retro that works and one that doesn't is almost never the method. It's whether the room had a reason to care."
— Stu Shapiro · RetroCast founder
The honest answer: I was configuring the same Miro template for the fourth time in a month and thought there had to be a better way.
Not just a template with the columns pre-filled. Something that made the room worth showing up to before anyone had written a single sticky. Something with personality.
I ran the first version with a real team. They opened the board twenty minutes early — just to see who they'd been cast as. That was the proof of concept.
I write about product thinking, delivery, and building with AI tools. Follow along on LinkedIn or reach out directly — always happy to talk shop.
